Two salvaged treen wood plates, sold separately. These were once used in an old church as collection plates. They both have beautiful grain detail, with little snippets of their past lives engraved on their surface. If you look closely you can make out traces of hand-written scribbles on the reverse. I’ve kept one of these at home and use it to display treasured finds; rocks, shells, sea glass, and old pottery fragments.
The larger of the two has a very fine crack in the grain and the smaller plate a tiny chip around the rim.
