PAYMENTS

Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Stripe Payments.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight at the checkout. Generally items will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. Occasionally we may use other couriers but will always let you know if this is the case. 

We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of receiving payment. If you would like your parcel to be shipped within a particular time frame please get in touch. Faster shipping may come at an additional cost.

Please be aware that multiple item orders may occasionally incur additional postage fees. On these rare occasions we will contact you for further payment and provide postage receipts to justify any additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please get in touch if you would like an item shipped outside of the UK and we will do our best to provide an international delivery quote. In this case you may be required to pay local customs or duty charges, so please make sure you understand the fees your country may charge you to receive the order. It is your responsibility to pay these charges.

RETURNS

Due to the unique nature of the products we are unable to accept returns. Secondhand goods more than likely will show some signs of age so we endeavour to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible.

In the unfortunate event that any of your items arrive damaged, please let us know via email and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Please take photos of how the parcel arrived and any damage to the items inside.

All items are wrapped to arrive safely using some of the sustainable materials listed below:

  • Recyclable cardboard postal boxes

  • Recyclable brown paper

  • Recyclable protective paper wrap

  • Recyclable tissue paper 

  • Compostable packing nuts

  • Compostable twine

  • Recyclable paper cards

  • Recyclable packing tape

Any other packaging materials not listed above are from parcels that we have received personally. Please excuse if any packaging isn’t completely new or in perfect condition - it's more eco-friendly to reuse and reduce waste.

Gift wrapping

Let us know if your order is a gift and we can include gift wrapping and a hand-written message.
